Dr. Andy Kitzmiller, LPC, CSOTP is the founder and CEO of Center For Resilience, a behavioral health organization specializing in clinical and forensic evaluations, evidence-based treatment, neurofeedback, consultation, and professional training. He has more than 20 years of experience serving individuals and families across Virginia and Tennessee and has held executive leadership roles overseeing large, multisite behavioral health operations and value-based care initiatives across several states.

Dr. Kitzmiller is a DBT-certified clinician and trainer with additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and the evaluation and treatment of individuals with problematic sexual behavior. His areas of expertise include personality disorders, behavioral management, substance use, trauma-informed care, and the implementation of evidence-based practices in complex treatment environments. He regularly supervises, trains, and consults with behavioral health professionals, multidisciplinary teams, public agencies, and healthcare leaders.
